This year we are taking a very different approach to our Workshop Tour, instead of having one great speaker, we’ve got two!
Hosted by Lucie Simic and Les Jones they will both be delivering their unique perspectives on Culture & Creativity.
Lucie will be delving deep into team culture and how to cultivate and create the best culture for your practice.
Les will be exploring all things creativity, challenging you to think outside of the box and really inspire you to help achieve amazing results both in your practice and your personal life.
Lucie:
My background in journalism gives me the ability to keep digging until I find the real story and help practices see how they can improve their ways of working. I’ll use my decade’s worth of experience of working with practices to build nurturing cultures to help ensure everyone in the team can give their best.
With the combination of my practical advice and Les’ left field thinking, you’re in for a day that will help you look with fresh eyes at how your practice runs.
Les:
Think you’re not creative? Prepare to be proven wrong! I will tap into my passion for visual arts to show you that everyone can be creative if they allow themselves to be. I’ll show you how using your creativity can benefit you both at work and at home.
I’m fired up and ready to entertain, inspire and inform you. So, whether you’re a Workshop Tour veteran or a complete newbie, you’re guaranteed a lot of fun as well as great advice.
