Pat will share with you how the CQC is regulating dental practices and importantly, how this is changing. She will cover the most common compliance pitfalls and tips on how you can avoid these, helping you on your way to CQC inspection heaven.
Louise will guide you through all things practice management. Her expertise will cover everything from time management and finance through to patient experience and how to develop and embed strategy.

Pat Langley
Pat Langley is a dentist and founder and Chief Executive of Apolline. Prior to founding Apolline Pat spent 7 years as Group Clinical Director at Oasis.

Louise Spry
Louise Spry, director of The Dental Circus has been working in dental practice management since 1990. With her wealth of experience, Louise has gained great insight and experience developing and refining the business skills and management practices and systems necessary to operate successfully and profitably in a climate of regulation and compliance, but still with the overriding awareness of the need to deliver excellent customer experience and service in today’s competitive market.
Louise now runs the The Dental Circus Ltd, an online training platform and resource, specifically designed to deliver skills to support growth in clinical practice and practice management.
